1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account and participating in Devi Zones, you (“User”) agree to comply with all rules herein. If you do not agree, please do not access or use our services.

2. Community Conduct

  1. Respect & Courtesy

  • Treat all members—learners, mentors, guests—with professionalism and kindness.

  • Use polite language in forums, comments, chats, and video interactions.

  • No Harassment or Hate Speech

    • Harassment, bullying, or hateful content based on race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, disability, or any protected characteristic is strictly prohibited.

    3. Content Guidelines

    Users may share text, images, code snippets, and links in community spaces. All content must adhere to the following:

    1. Appropriate Content Only

    • Prohibited: Nudity, sexual content, graphic violence, or any material that could offend or shock members.

  • Allowed: Educational code screenshots, diagrams, diagrams, non-sensitive personal photos (e.g., profile pictures).

  • Intellectual Property

    • Only share content you own or have permission to distribute.

  • Respect copyrights, trademarks, and licenses.

  • Privacy & Personal Data

    • Do not post personal data of others (addresses, phone numbers, financial details).

  • Always anonymize or redact sensitive information.

    • 4. Account Suspension & Termination

    Violations of these Terms, especially around prohibited content or harassment, may result in:

    1. Warning: First minor offense receives a written warning.

  • Temporary Suspension: Repeated or severe violations can lead to a temporary account suspension (duration at Devi Zones’ discretion).

  • Permanent Ban: Serious or ongoing breaches (e.g., distributing illicit content, hate speech, doxxing) will result in permanent account termination without refund.

    • 5. Course Participation Rules

    1. Academic Integrity

    • Complete your own work on quizzes and assignments.

  • Collaboration is encouraged only when expressly permitted by instructors or peer-review guidelines.

  • Mission Deadlines

    • Missions and quizzes have due dates. Extensions may be granted at the platform’s discretion for valid reasons (e.g., documented illness).

    6. Use of AI Assistants (Lisa & Peter)

    1. Appropriate Queries Only

    • Queries to Lisa and Peter must relate to course content, platform navigation, or professional guidance.

  • No Abuse

    • Repeated misuse or attempts to trick the AI (e.g., for disallowed topics) may lead to restrictions on AI access.

    7. Investor & Business Partner Guidelines

    1. Confidentiality

    • Any non-public data or analytics shared with partners must be kept confidential under our Non-Disclosure Agreement.

  • Fair Use of Data

    • Use learner analytics only for improving training programs or recruiting; no resale of data is permitted.

    8. Modifications to Terms

    Devi Zones reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-platform announcements. Continued use after updates signifies acceptance.
